JAMES BENTLEY
ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Bentley is the Assistant Medical Director with QDx. Dr. Bentley received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH, where he developed his interest and skill in Cytopathology. He received his Pathology residency training at Case Western Reserve University School & Hospital. He has nearly 32 years of experience in general surgical pathology, Cytopathology, and GI pathology. Dr. Bentley is board certified in Anatomic, Clinical and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology.
REEMA JAFFAR
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Jaffar is Medical Director and the Director of Gastroenterology Pathology with QDx. Dr. Jaffar received her medical degree from Jawaharial Nehru Medical College Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. She received her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency training at Umass Memorial Medical Center in Worchester, MA. Dr. Jaffar received her fellowship training in Pediatric and Perinatal Pathology at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She received her Gastrointestinal and Surgical Pathology Fellowship training at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago IL. Dr. Jaffar is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

AMJAD ALI KAHN
DIRECTOR, MOLECULAR PATHOLOGY
Dr. Kahn is a Pathology Associate and Director of Molecular Pathology with QDx. Dr. Khan received his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He received his Pathology residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York with an emphasis on Hematopathology and Transfusion Medicine. Dr. Kahn brings his 28 years of experience in general and hematopathology to the QDx Pathology Services team. Dr. Khan is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Hematology by the American Board of Pathology.
JIANXIONG BAO
PATHOLOGY ASSOCIATE
Dr. Bao is a Pathology Associate with QDx. Dr. Bao received his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University in Shanghai, China. He received his Pathology residency training at University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City KS. He received residency training in Cytology from St. Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis MO. Dr. Bao received his PhD from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA. Dr. Bao has 22 years experience in general pathology and cytopathology in academic and commercial settings. Dr. Bao is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology by the American Board of Pathology.
YINGTAO ZHANG
PATHOLOGY ASSOCIATE
Dr. Zhang is a Pathology Associate with QDx. Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from Xi’an Medical University in Xi’an, China. Dr. Zhang received her Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology residency training at State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY. She received her Clinical Fellowship training in Oncologic Surgical Pathology and GI/LIVER at Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL. Dr. Zhang received her PhD in Pathology from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. Dr. Zhang is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
